What car was that?
As casual as our events are, we do insist that each car have its assigned number legibly marked on both sides. We like for the numbers to be a minimum of 8″ high (nobody’s going to measure) and in a color that contrasts well with the color of the car (or on a contrasting background). The key is legibility. We need to be able to read your numbers easily from at least 200 feet away.
Now, if this is your first time, or you don’t have money to invest in vinyl or magnetic numbers, don’t panic. There are a lot of creative solutions available. Want something simple, easy and cheap? Print your digits from the links below and tape them to your car when you get to the event. If you want to get a little fancier, you could buy some contact paper or shelf paper in the proper color and use the numbers below as a template to cut out some disposable stick-on numbers.
Are you a regular and want a “permanent” number so that you can have custom magnetics made? Each competition year we offer permanent number assignments for sale. So for a very reasonable fee, you can reserve your number and be sure you’ll always have it at each event. We process the reservations through our registration site, look for the permanent number “event” there.
